Envy

IMG_3701“No More Vows” is a 16.1 hh 2010 Thoroughbred mare. She is something to behold through a jump chute, with intelligence, carefulness, and most of all willingness. I have never quite seen a horse read the jumps like she can!

For a 2018 foal, Envy has been confirmed in foal to Clinton II. Clinton II was reserve Holstein Champion 2005, before going on to be a finalist at the Bundeschampionate as a five and six-year-old. In 2005 he became Holsteiner Vice Champion with Thomas Voss, then moved to Sang-Wuk Song, winning the team silver medal at the Asian Games. He has placed in Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Neumunster, also winning as Nations Cup level for Germany. He went to theWorld Cup finals in Gothenburg (13th) with Thomas Voss. Clinton II’s full brother, Clinton I, still ranks #32 on the WBFSH top jumping sires list. Clinton I’s achievements in sports with rider Thomas Voß are outstanding: Two times winner of the Swedish Derby, successful in Qualifications to the World Cup and in its Finals, fourth in German Championships and fourth at the Grand Prix of Aachen, Winner of the Nations Cup. The total amount of his earnings is more than 200,000 Euros. “Clinton II—is an impressive Holstein stallion with seemingly unlimited scope, incredible willingness to achieve and a performance-orientated pedigree.” – Paul Schockemöhle. He frequently passes on this scope, and is said to cross quite well with compact, Thoroughbred-type mares. If this foal is a filly (and we hope it is!) then she will stay with the farm as a future member of our young horse program.
